I own this home, it is 1700+ square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. $850 monthly rent includes EVERYTHING (utilities, trash, internet). This house is shared by myself (owner) and one other roommate. We are ideally seeking a woman in her 20s-30s with an 8-5 type job (like us). NO pets as allergies are an issue. NO smoking in the property. We are both very clean and need someone who also is!
