Great access to a bus route and even a bike lane if you like channeling your inner Lance Armstrong! The house includes 3 separate, fully furnished common areas to maintain privacy within the house. This is an ideal location for young professionals, traveling nurses, and students! The rent of each room covers ALL utilities, mowing, snow removal, common area supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. to make it easy.) You will have to provide your own kitchenware and clothes detergent. We will start having a cleaner come in once a week to tidy up the common areas. The tenants occupying the other rooms are in their 20's, work full-time jobs, and want to find someone who will mesh well with the group. There is a deposit of the first month's rent required and rent is due on the 1st of the month. Only a 3-month lease is required and then it will continue month-to-month after that.
