Quality Assurance Tech (6pm to 6am)


Job Duties/
Responsibilities:

Act as first point of contact from the production area in regard to quality matters.
Promoting and enforcing good quality practices and hygiene standards.
Conduct quality inspection rounds during the designated shifts including BBQ & GMP Audits and highlights and
corrects any major issues.
Analysis of all production samples against approved standards.
Random sampling of finished goods pallets in the warehouse.
Conduct where appropriate, testing of materials.
Conduct where appropriate, calibration and verification of equipment.
Act as first point of contact from the production area in regard to quality matters.
Promoting and enforcing good quality practices and hygiene standards.
Conduct quality inspection rounds during the designated shifts including BBQ & GMP Audits and highlights and
corrects any major issues.
Support the site in containment of faulty material.
Accurately sorting Quarantined Product and keeping this area organized
Checking/sampling of finished goods pallets in the warehouse if needed
Conducting Glass and Brittle Materials audits and publishing results.
Conducting and publishing GMP audits, raising and managing non-conformances.
Become proficient on the Radius system in regard to quality tasks.
Respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries in a timely manner, liaising with relevant departments to ensure
responses are technically accurate.
Administration of Quality Document requested from Customers.
Supporting NCR Investigations with Root Cause
Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Quality Representative (SQR)
Perform other duties as directed by the SQR & Quality Manager
Ensure that the quality area is well managed, and goods are getting inspected within 7 days of entry. Report clearly
all findings.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
