Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Experience in providing assistance to life cycle project managers; AND 2) Experience is comprised of planning, scope/schedule/budget development, along with design/engineering/construction management in regards to construction/renovation of buildings, facilities, fueling systems, and other infrastructure projects or environmental restoration type work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. GS-11:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Experience as a life cycle project manager assigned with overall responsibilities of project development and delivery; AND 2) Experience is comprised of planning, scope/schedule/budget development, along with design/engineering/ construction management in regards to construction/renovation of buildings, facilities, fueling systems and other infrastructure projects or environmental restoration type work; AND 3) Experience of the integration of sponsor/customer requirements into a coordinated management plan. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education:
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. GS-12:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Experience as a life cycle project manager assigned with overall responsibilities of controlling and managing milestones and budgets of multiple projects development and delivery; 2) Experience is comprised of planning, scope/schedule/budget development, along with design/engineering/ construction management as well as contract administration in regards to construction/renovation of buildings, facilities, fueling systems and other infrastructure projects or environmental restoration type work; AND 3) Experience of the integration of sponsor/customer requirements into a coordinated management plan. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Education can be substituted for experience for the GS-09 and GS-11 levels, however, there is no education substitution for the GS-12 level. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
