Who May Apply:
US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Experience:
To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (GS-11). Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience in performing and reviewing appraisals for various types of properties and facilities. Selective Placement Factor:
This position requires the incumbent to be a State Certified General Appraiser at the time of appointment. Proof of this certification is required with your application package.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
