VP Client Service

The VP, Client Service is responsible for account management for First Data's financial institution clients. Leading the account management organization, this person will assure client satisfaction by maintaining overall quality of products and services. This person will develop and execute a strategy to deliver day to day service solutions to clients and will serve as a consultant for external customers and maintain a strong working relationship with numerous internal organizations. The VP Client Service is responsible for complex problem solving, identifying and implementing solutions for service trends, soliciting and understanding client needs, and managing the holistic operational client relationship. Maintaining ownership of the overall issue resolution process and associated internal/external communication while providing executive level reporting on First Data's performance are key components to this position. Additionally, the VP, Client Service will be instrumental in identifying and implementing additional products and services which maximize both client and First Data profitability while addressing client challenges.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
10 years of financial services, credit card processing or banking industry experience.
Demonstrated success in leading teams through transformation.
Proven record of defining and implementing process improvements leading to better service.
Negotiation and experience proactively/creatively managing client situations.
Proven exceptional business judgment and the ability to handle multiple and/or changing priorities, multiple projects and resource management skills required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
