Senior Analyst
No opportunity for Telework; Candidate will work full time from the Omaha, NE office.
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs research and analysis of multiple data sources to meet business/clients needs. Gathers and documents business requirements into specifications for information products with management support.
Fundamental Components:
Performs research by gathering and analyzing information, may require manipulating data and/or synthesizing from multiple sources.
Translates detail data into constructive data and information.
Documents specifications and process.
Produces information product to satisfy business request.
Conducts reasonability check.
Designs information products suitable for customer.
Provides input into presentation of information product to customer.
Creates queries and may do technical programming
Communicates with customer to determine needs, discuss solutions, timing and cost.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
MS Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables) is REQUIRED.
1-3 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
Healthcare background is preferred.
Demonstrated skill in data gathering, interpretation & data presentation.
Familiarity with databases and comfortable generating reports
Basic programming skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Internet Explorer.
Strong organization Skills
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
