Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service for our current residents by resolving unpaid balances and enforcing compliance on lease agreements
Work with current residents in-person, via phone, and written correspondence to research and resolve discrepancies on their account
Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Make adjustments to accounts as needed
Full-time hours are:
Monday - Friday
Monday Thursday (2 days from 9am to 6pm and 2 days from 11am to 8pm)
Friday 9am - 6pm with alternating Saturdays
Qualifications
Good understanding of balance sheet accounting and general ledger entries required
2 years of customer service dispute resolution experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask and problem solve
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
Previous work history in banking or credit card disputes a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
