Product Manager / Account Manager

Our client manufactures and distributes liquid and personal care products, including spa products for professional salons, beauty schools, and retail stores. They offer customers high quality start-to-finish services a cut above the rest: formulation to design, manufacturing, labeling, filling, public warehousing and shipping.
Hours are flexible during 8AM - 5PM; Monday - Friday
Account manager duties and
Responsibilities:
o Act as a liaison between client and various departments within the company.
o Compile and distribute lists and reports.
o Production Reference Form entry/revision.
o Interaction with Marketing Department, either as intermediate for customers or as initiator for client's branded products; i.e. artwork for products.
o Interaction with Sales Representatives.
o Provide optimal customer experience.
Account manager requirements:
o High School degree and working towards Associates/Bachelors degree.
o Previous industry experience.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Microsoft Office experience.
o Maintain a good attendance record.
