Essential Job Duties:
o Answering phone calls, taking detailed messages, and checking and relaying voice-mail messages
o Verifying and signing for packages and deliveries
o Assisting with scanning, faxing, sorting and filing, sending out mail
o Sorting and filing information, maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
o Tracking on inbound and outbound shipments
o Entering Data and Verifying the accuracy by using Excel
Qualification:
o Effective verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to follow direction and pay attention to detail
o Ability to adopt new method and work efficiently
o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Personal Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, email correspondence with clients and on occasion, assist with events. Microsoft word and excel experience a must. The assistant will also be trained on an internal client based system. Candidate must be VERY detail oriented and must be able to multitask, as it is a high paced environment!
We are hiring part time personal assistants. Working are 6 am - 9 pm (mon - fri) and 12pm - 4 pm (saturday). Candidates will need to use their personal vehicle and need to have a car in good working condition. Compensation includes hourly rate and mileage.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Working experience is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
