Network Invoice Controller

This position requires the conversion, input and clearance of vendor invoices in the IPG Media systems, while working with both the buyers and stations in resolving any discrepancies. Requires communication with the network and cable stations for missing invoices and be responsible for printing required system reports
This position is temp-to-hire
Clearing network, cable and syndication invoices in mulitiple IPG media systems.
Checking remittance addresses.
Communicating with the network buyers to resolve discrepancies or problems.
Communicating with media buyers and stations for missing invoices.
Requesting and printing required system reports.
Responsible for following IPG's Standard Policies and Procedures in the completion of their job duties.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills
One to two years A/P experience preferred
Detail oriention
Must be a self-starter
Exceptional verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Good problem solving skills required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
