Job Description Ensures adherence to established standards and may consult with senior managers on technology solutions. Supports existing business systems applications and may be responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. May be responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables. Performs additional job duties as required.
Expert in multiple languages and tools. Strong knowledge in emerging technologies. Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies as well as all functional areas in IT organization.
Job Specific Responsibilities Contribute to planning, technical solution and strategy
Contribute to overall solution architecture and suggest optimal design for Cloud deployment
Lead design using Callidus (Producer and Commissions Manager) for Cloud deployment
Provide inputs to Integration, Migration and Reporting design for Cloud deployment
Performs gap analysis on complex requirements and advice workarounds
Recommend and ensure standards & best practices in the solution
Requirements rationalization, setting customer expectations and solution optimization
Monitor Data Import & Pipeline Jobs
Maintain/Enhance Comp Plan & Rule Elements & Administer Organization data
Manage Hierarchy & Credentials
Maintain/Enhance Upstream & Downstream integrations
Maintain/Enhance Payout & Performance Reports
Candidate Requirements Works on moderately complex projects with a high breadth of responsibility. Participates in far-reaching research projects, making important decisions.
Works independently on assigned tasks. Have independent authority to make significant changes to systems and environment.
May require some supervision and coaching when interfacing with multiple IT groups and business units.
Provides technical coaching to business functions and lower level programmers on moderately complex issues.
