Job Description
Serves as the project manager for new client implementations and for program upgrades, technical changes or service maintenance projects for existing clients. Assumes overall accountability for ensuring that the client's implementation or conversion experience is successful. Develops, coordinates, and executes implementation/conversion project plans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery. Ensures that all client technical, business and delivery expectations are met.
Candidate Requirements
College Degree preferred, equivalent experience considered. Understanding of EFT Network processing, specifically relating to EFT switch processing and the interconnectivity between client systems and the Networks. Experience in related areas, such as project management or client implementations & support. Project management experience preferred. Strong dedication to quality customer service required. Familiarity with project management methodologies and disciplines. Ability to apply strong project management techniques to complete assigned projects is essential. Experience with the use of projectplanning tools preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Must have ability to work effectively with other departments and with clients to ensure on time and accurate delivery of project tasks. Strong problem solving skills and inherent decision making ability. Ability to operate in an environment that demands focus on multiple, simultaneous projects is required. Must be detail oriented. Familiarity with personal computers and related software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, EXCEL, Outlook required. Basic understanding of development and certification methodologies is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications 5-7 years of FD system experience or relevant payment processing experience. 4
