IPG IT provides foundational information technology services to IPG. IPG IT is the IPG Global Community that gains process efficiencies and cost savings by sharing the following common IT services:
o Enterprise Service Desk
o Hosting
o Messaging
o Network
What types of services does IPG IT provide?
o The Enterprise Service Desk: Provides technical support and escalation for many IPG operating companies and sites.
o Hosting: Four enterprise data centers and the Managed Hosting Services team supply and maintain the core hosting equipment that supports IPG's business.
o Global Messaging Services: Provides a global messaging platform consisting of user-friendly e-mail services, active directory, and mobile communication devices.
o Global Network Services: Centrally supports and manages the global data and voice services for the organization.

Internship Prerequisites:
o Freshman, Sophomore or Junior Standing
o GPA of 3.0 or above
o At least 18 years of age
o Computer Science or MIS Major
o Must successfully complete IPG Background Investigation and Reference Checks
o Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for other than practical trainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
