Job Description First Data has created strong relationships with financial institutions throughout the world to assist them with various aspects of transaction processing. Our Output Services team supports these financial institutions by producing credit cards and statements for their customers. We're now recruiting for a Supply Chain Warehouse Inventory Lead Clerk who will assist in creating these products on behalf of the financial institutions.
As a Supply Chain Warehouse Inventory Lead Clerk, you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating Inventory activities within the Supply Chains Warehouse by using various tools including but not limited to Inventory Systems, Spreadsheets, AS400 Production screens, and Microsoft Office applications. The incumbent is the first line of First Data's leadership team that interacts with the Associate population by using talents and skills to gain efficient and effective throughput of First Data's product by maintaining a high degree of quality. The incumbent must demonstrate professionalism, effective communication and conflict resolution in order to gain the confidence of our Associate population.
The incumbent will direct and coordinate staffing to maintain a proper cost per work unit by working close with Department Supervisors and Managers. The incumbent will also make recommendations to schedule staffing based on forecasting, present or previous days models.
Candidate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic PC skills required. 1 to 2 years previous machine and/or production experience preferred. Ability to function effectively in a team environment which includes flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to help others.
