Perform duties to monitor and operate various distributed systems in a multiple platforms environment in a command center setting. Work towards eliminating all client production issues utilizing various monitoring tools and work stations. Ensures all Standard Operating Policys SOP are followed. Facilitate, bridge calls with multiple technical and application support teams to drive production issues to mitigate any customer impact. May assist other team members for training and project related type work. Performs additional job duties as required. Provides support for basic to moderate tasks. Requires direct supervision. Work with others in a team environment while enhancing a positive atmosphere.
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. 2
yrs of related operational IT experience.
Bachelors or Associates degree desired but not required.
Strong operational knowledge of Mainframe and Distributed technologies and their operating systems and components.
Work Days (e.g. Monday-Friday)
Sun-Tues with e/o Wed, or Thurs-Sat with e/o Wed

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
