Systems Engineer (Hyper-V/VMWare) - West Business Solutions

West Business Solutions group is looking for 2 Systems Engineers with a solid track record of success in the virtualization space, specifically, Hyper-V and/or VMWare.
The primary skills and responsibilities we'd like to find include:
Server administration and building out and migrating new environments - experience with MS HyperV and VMware virtualization preferred
Experience with MS O/S 2000 through 2012
Knowledge/experience with storage (IBM or EMC)
MS or VMware System Center Management (SCOM or other skills)
Helping build timelines and plans for conversions while collaborating with other groups
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, MIS, or a related field required
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience
Minimum five years increasingly responsible systems design and administration design and support experience required
Minimum one year project management experience leading small to medium projects preferred
Experience with multi-site configurations in system engineering and administration role preferred
Technical
Knowledge of: one program platform is required (Windows, UNIX, or Web) and one programming language (e.g. SQL, VB .net, HTML, Java, C/C , JavaScript, Perl, XML, VXML)
Intermediate knowledge of the following preferred: ACD telephony platforms, Cisco/ICM and VoIP preferred, Voice architecture and technical knowledge of specific products and service offerings, Networking (e.g. routers and switches), Contact center, IVR, and call handling products such as Genesys or Holly Connects
Other
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Visio required
Based on departmental need, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project required
