The holidays are sneaking up on us! An insurance company, with a great location in Omaha, is seeking a part-time temporary data document specialist to help them out for approximately 12 weeks. This data document specialist will have the main responsibility of maintaining an imaging and filing system for efficient use by employees.
Job duties for the data document specialist will include:
o Prepare, organize and scan documents
o Manage document control system
o Perform quality assurance of scanned items
o Assist personnel within department
o Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements for the data document specialist will include:
o Knowledge of filing/scanning principles
o Possess strong technology skills
o Ability to lift 25
lbs
o Outstanding customer service
o Ability to communicate effectively
o Skilled in organizing and setting priorities
