# Job Description
Is responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the Messaging systems environment. Monitors systems, responds to problems and plans for growth. Provides in depth systems analysis of Exchange 2010 and other Messaging technologies. Designs, installs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots complex operating systems software and related program products. Provides technical consulting on the use and integration of applications into the operating environment. Performs additional job duties as required. Works with corporate-wide technical staff and large external clients on complex projects and tasks. Works independently and with leadership.
# Candidate Requirements
Exchange 2010 and PowerShell experience is a MUST
Has strong knowledge in operating systems, subsystems, and software vendor products.

years related IT experience.
BS or equivalent experience and appropriate certifications.
Previous experience of managing messaging infrastructure in a large corporation with Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010
Prior experience in managing mobile devices through RIM BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Citrix Cloud Gateway or Good Mobile Messaging Server
Experience managing RightFAX, Quest MessageStats, PowerShell, McAfee Ironmail, Trend Micro ScanMail, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager a plus
Will be required to participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation
Skilled at Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SQL and Outlook
Programming knowledge and experience preferred.
Experience working within an ITIL environment with a particularly strong adherence to change, incident, and problem management
Strong inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with not only highly-technical IT staff, but also executives, end users and business staff
Self-motivated, reliable individual with the ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
