Job Description Remote PC support of a distributed LAN based workforce; will work with customers to provide problem determination and remote resolution of technical issues. Included, but not limited in scope, are software/application installation support, mobile devices (blackberries, iPhones, iPads, etc.), desktop and laptop computers, thin clients, and virtualized computing environments. This role specializes in performing and enabling remote technical support. Utilizes technical and collaboration skills with other support teams to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution. Communicates action plans to the customer as appropriate. May provide training for and mentor others on the team. Contribution to the attainment of organizational objectives and delivery of high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Technical Documentation Skills
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office/Exchange, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, Active Roles helpful.
Experience in problem solving, and software installs remotely using LANDesk helpful.
Experience with troubleshooting PC/Laptop/Printer, hardware and software issues.
Experience with troubleshooting SSL VPN, Cisco VPN, and RSA VPN token connection issues

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
