Job Description Act as a liaison between First Data and Clients on new client conversions, implementations, program upgrades, technical changes or service projects that require complex solutions. May be responsible for the entire project or specific areas as part of a project team. Interface with other First Data departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions. Interpret and communicate industry standards, First Data services and First Data products to Clients. Utilize established project methodology to ensure successful implementation of client requests.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum of one to three years equivalent business experience required.
1 to 3 years of direct First Data system knowledge or significant relevant bankcard experience preferred
Experience with coordinating multiple projects with high level of complexity, with management guidance.
Experience identifying and meeting or exceeding customer's project needs.
Experience utilizing project management tools, including, but not limited to: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, VISIO.
Knowledge of project management methodology and ability to apply project management skills on all projects.
Preferred Qualifications 1 to 3 years of FD system experience or relevant payment processing experience. Experience with coordinating multiple projects with minimal levels of complexity with management guidance. Bachelors degree preferred or relevant work experience.
