Overview
This position is for a senior application analyst with experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex distributed applications. This individual works in a team environment with our business partners to drive technical development and architecture to produce best in class distributed applications.
# Candidate Requirements
Requirements
Provide senior development leadership for distributed applications focused on Java related platforms - Develop solutions, diagrams, charts, documentation, and any other activites of the software development life cycle
Responsible for the quality and delivery of our development, framework architecture, and technical project components
Review and approve technical designs
Conduct code QI's and ensure that software development projects are delivered successfully
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring for development team members on best practices
Lead efforts to evaluate, recommend and/or implement innovation in our development stack
Serve as a source of architecture, lead development documentation and standards definition
Help maintain, grow, and improve existing code bases
Demonstrate excellent analytical, oral and written communications skills with internal partners and project teams
Consult with project teams on designs for important projects or services
Support existing business applications
Expert in multiple languages and tools
Strong organization skills and the ability to be a positive team player
Understand business objectives and how those impact strategic technology initiatives
Ability to manage multiple projects

yrs. of related IT experience. Bachelor's Degree at College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience.
