Job S ummary:
Assists in implementing, upgrading and supporting application systems.
Assists with testing systems and applications before implementation into production.
Assists in troubleshooting and resolving reported system and application problems in the test and production environments.
Assists in documenting processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments.
Assists in training and educating users on system functionality and capability.
Siemens Soarian Clinical experience is preferred

Essential Duties:
Provides Level 2 support for day-to-day production issues maintaining documentation in the appropriate tracking systems while adhering to prescribed escalation & change control procedures .
Supports standardization of documentation and the integration of applicable standards and practices.
Participates in testing releases prior to installing in production
Interacts with business teams to develop application requirements and installation plans
Assists in developing training materials and training users on system functionality.
Assists with performing applications changes.
Assists in documenting business and system processes and procedures through the use of industry standard process flow and flow charting techniques.
Completes assigned tasks as per defined project scope, timelines, and budgets for implementations. Works to prescribed methodologies for all project implementations. May work on multiple implementations at any given time.
Participates in the installation of maintenance/patches and software upgrades.
Additional tasks/responsibilities as defined.
Assists in developing test scripts and executes test scripts in a timely fashion.
Participates in coordinating the transition from implementation to production and application support
May require on-call coverage responsibilities

Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or may substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience :
1-3 years experience in supporting vendor platform.
Knowledge of systems and application development.
Knowledge of ITIL environments preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Works with IT staff to integrate documentation requirements.
Works with other Application Analysts, Application Solution Architects,
Application Developers, and Technical Analysts on coordinating installation
of maintenance releases.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
