Job Description The Sr. Implementation Analyst acts as a liaison between First Data and Clients on client implementations, projects and/or conversions for small/medium and at times large complex implementations. Develops, coordinates, and executes project plans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery. Interface with other First Data departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions. Interprets and communicates First Data services and First Data products to clients, sales, and vendors. At times will be responsible for gathering client requirements for software development that will support the client implementations, projects and/or conversions. Provides client consultative input on First Data product and system features.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between First Data and Clients on client implementations, projects and/or conversions for small/medium and attimes large complex implementations.
Develops, coordinates, and executes projectplans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery. Identifies opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue and improve productefficiency.
Interface with other First Data departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions. Interprets and communicates First Data services and First Data products to clients, sales, and vendors.
At times will be responsible for gathering client requirements for software development that will support the client implementations, projects and/or conversions.
Provides client consultative input on First Data product and system features.
Develops, directs, and manages medium to large size projects with medium level of complexity, using standard project methodology.
Performs business systems analysis, cost benefit analysis, functional analysis, operational reviews, testing, training, and delivery of product start-ups, deconversions, transfers, new system features and product enhancements. Provides support and direction to team members, Project Analysts, vendors, and appropriate First Data departments. Identifies opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
Follows the established Project Methodology to ensure timely, cost effective delivery of all projects and minimizes First Data and First Data clientbase liability exposure.
Candidate Requirements
Business to business customer service experience
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interface with all levels of management and staff (internal/external) in a professional manner
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to follow through on issue resolution with minimal supervision
Broad knowledge of the payment processing industry
Knowledge of internal systems preferred
Knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Three to five years of First Data merchant experience preferred
One to three years of First Data conversion/transfer experience and knowledge of the First Data conversion/transfer process is preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
