This position will provide a broad range of production support services for the global payroll program. The position will be located in Omaha, NE. The position may work varying hours based on initially supporting multiple time zones.
Working closely with third party payroll provider (ADP) for all regions, initially and will support regional/local production support in coordination with PeopleSoft production support team for interface between PeopleSoft and ADP.
Manage the post production calendars and ensure interfaces both in and out of IPG meet the ADP calendars and the IPG financial calendars.
As any gaps are identified, communicate between local country agency and Peoplesoft Production support.
Work closely with the IPG PeopleSoft Production Support team to understand the functional design and testing of any modifications required to the PeopleSoft HRMS system, to support the G2 interface for a local office and support the agency monthly on post production activities.
Liaise with the IPG PeopleSoft Production Support team to coordinate data clean-up tasks with the local HR teams and the EMEA PeopleSoft Production Support team.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the local HR teams.
Ensure the third party provider (ADP) has set up the appropriate end user security access accounts.
Ensure access is setup properly in Peoplesoft / Biztalk and Sharepoint for local users.
Use the third party provider's issue tracking system to track and monitor any tasks that need to be actioned by the payroll provider in conjunction with the interface.
Arrange and support subsequent post production training sessions to help the local offices understand how the G2 interface works and how to best use this effectively.
Provide first level support to new and existing internal IPG agencies globally (Via phone, Email, Web-Ex or Live meeting).
Liaise with the IPG production support team to collate the local office financial interface reports. Using the vlookup function in Excel, drop in the relevant staff names to these reports and send to the local office finance contacts for review for applicable local agencies.
Liaise with the local offices to ensure all financial postings are correct for that month and if applicable, liaise with the production support team to make any necessary adjustments.
Collate the local office GL postings files and ensure this is in the correct pre-defined format needed for the local finance systems.
Test load the GL posting files into the relevant test financial systems, before forwarding on to the local offices.
On a monthly basis, review the financial interface reports and GL posting files with the local offices to itemize any issues for that month. Liaise with the OPG and ADP Production support teams to resolve these issues, in preparation for the next month's processing.
High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
PeopleSoft HRMS v9.1 or above (especially the PS Query, Process Monitor & Excel to CI tool)
Experience of implementing payroll interface between HR and Payroll systems
Microsoft Office Suite (experience using complex functions within Excel i.e. vlookup)
Experience with issue tracking systems and web-based document sharing sites
An additional European language would be a bonus, but not a prerequisite
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team but also be self-directed
Ability to prioritize and manage own workload and multi-task in response to a fast-paced environment
Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to conclusion

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
