This position is responsible for successfully implementing our market leading supply chain products covering software, systems, and services. Successful candidates must have the ability to understand the business and technical needs of the client, as well as troubleshoot and resolve client issues. The ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time is also critical to this position.


Essential Functions:
Provide consultative support to clients through all stages of implementation.
Facilitate training and provide product demonstrations for clients, team members and internal personnel.
Effectively organize and prioritize administrative and client related tasks for timely completion.
Accurately communicate the software's functionality to clients, as well as technical specifications of client needs to the internal development organization.
Utilize appropriate resources and methods in troubleshooting and investigating software and hardware problems for client implementations.
Support sales team with product training and assist with creating and presenting software portions of sales proposal.
Become a subject matter expert on products, and provide assistance to support or sales personnel as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
2. 3 years experience with project management and coordination experience in software implementation required.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of various operating systems, especially Windows 7, as well as general knowledge of data communication protocols required.
4. Experience in the Petroleum Industry preferred.
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
6. Working knowledge of relational databases and analytical tools, such as Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports or similar applications.
7. Strong customer interfacing skills required.
8. The ability to create and manage time lines is critical, including the talent to detect deviations and correct or escalate, as necessary.
9. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
10. Strong organization and time management skills
11. Willing to travel occasionally.
12. Occasional on call duties will be required
