We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team
Accountable for:
Answering incoming bank member phone calls
Providing information on member accounts
Working with other departments in order to assist with any questions or complaints
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong multitasking abilities
Capacity to effectively solve problems
Pay: $11 /hrEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
