We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an engineering degree and
an agricultural PM background.
Company is looking for a motivated and success-driven individual to work in the corporate
engineering department supporting the operations and production teams to ensure that the
organization accomplishes its goals in the most efficient manner. Responsibilities will
include analyzing, supporting, and coordinating engineering projects from concept through
completion which includes costing, drawings, construction, and schedule oversight.
In this position, key objectives include completing calculations and analyses to determine
required modifications in response to operational problems and/or to support projects. The
role will entail developing design/build bid packages with adequate supporting
documentation to ensure complete and comparable bids can be received on the project.
The Project Manager will have responsibility for completing drawings, including general
arrangements, flow diagrams, and site plans to support project work. This may include
completing field investigations of existing facilities and documenting as-built conditions to
assist in project development. Other responsibilities may include on-site monitoring and
coordination of project construction activities with ongoing plant operation. This position
will require 15%-20% travel on average.
Looking for a self-starter with knowledge of construction and engineering practices and
procedures. The successful candidate will have skill in reading and interpreting technical
instructions as applicable to

, knowledge of AutoCAD and documentation standards
and skill in analytical thinking, negotiating, and problem solving. The abilities to work
independently, as well as with teams, are essential as is the capacity to organize,
prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments. A strong aptitude to make sound
decisions and pay close attention to detail is vital as well as excellent skill organizing
work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required and
candidates should have preferably 5 to 8 years of project engineering and management
experience with 3 to 5 years of the experience in an agricultural-related industry.
