Mutual of Omaha has an immediate need for an energetic and proven Project
manager
. This project manager will manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of medium to large projects of the coordinated management of multiple related projects with timely, cost effective, and quality results. This
position
will also be responsible for obtaining the definition of project charters, budgets, and measures as well as developing project structures and ensuring proper operations turnover.
Facilitate the day-to-day coordination of projects while adhering to standards and sponsor expectations while ensuring client requirements are met.
Responsible for tracking project status and managing project issues and risks to include financial analysis, evaluation of progress/quality/costs, developing action plans to address gaps throughout project life cycle, adherence to compliance processes, and problem resolution.
Responsible for building and leading effective project teams, including building strong sponsor, stakeholder, vendor, customer, and team relationships while prioritizing projects and managing resources.
Responsible for managing projects to implement or enhance a wide range of business system and/or technology solutions, which span a number of disciplines, including development, programming, implementation, compliance, and information management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
