Description:
Responsibilities include participating in small to large scale projects, process improvement and automation, and the support of existing product solutions. Includes maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the solutions. Monitor systems, plan and implement changes, troubleshoot problems and plan for growth. Provide in depth systems analysis as needed. Provides technical consulting on the use and integration of applications into the operating environment. Works with corporate-wide technical staff.
Candidate Requirements:
The candidate must have an expert working knowledge of the Windows Server or UNIX operating system and knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle. Experience with VMware a plus.
The candidate must be able to develop a good understanding of the business challenges that our internal clients face on a daily basis.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills, Ability to work independently
Make sound decisions based on a combination of experience and analysis of available information, provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced
Support team members and be available for afterhours on-call support
Preferred Qualification:
6
yrs. of related technical experience.
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Actuate a plus (Business intelligence application that turns big data into insight to actuate success of business)
UNIX, Microsoft and/or VMware certifications not required, but definitely a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
