R-00134569 Description Leidos has an opening for a Consulting Employee that will serve as a Senior ISR Training Specialist at Offutt AFB, NEThis position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missionCandidates must already possess a TS/SCI security clearancePrimary Responsibilitieso Support delivery of formal and continuation training for personnel assigned to support the 55th Wing.o Create course content, materials, and curriculum, specifically focused on the overall ISR mission.o Deliver pre-mission briefings for aircrewo Mentor junior aircrew and provide specific feedback one-on-one in the learning environment , when neededo Provide support to analysts, linguists, and ISR professionals using training platformsTroubleshoot problems with technology and tools as neededo Recommend course updates and make enhancements as approvedBasic Qualificationso Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's and 8 years of relevant experience Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.o Experience with building aircrew training and delivery .o Must currently be supporting the ACC/A2 contract.o TS/SCI security clearancePreferred
Experience:
o Knowledge of the 55th Wing and associated mission requirements.o Previous experience supporting Advising for Senior and Leading for SME USAF or other military training or standards/evaluations programs to include at least one of the following:
o Initial and Master Qualification programs and Continuation Training, to include Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Status of Training (SOT) reporting, or documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS) or student progress reportsPay range:
$80,000 - $105,000 Original Posting Date:
