Supporting global business relations with manufacturing, technical support and a service focus on the Americas.The Specialist, Information Technology Asset position is an expanded Help Desk role providing technical support for local and remote computers, tablets, phones, ensuring network connectivity, and vendor-specific hardware and software. In addition, the Specialist will take point in inputting, tracking, and maintaining hardware and software assets for Michelman's global organization. This role will make hardware and software recommendations, create documentation, and recommend improvements in asset management policies to be evaluated by the Support Desk Manager. The Specialist, Information Technology Asset technician will work with the Procurement department on equipment acquisitions, hardware leases, maintaining our asset management database, and support the expansion to the global enterprise.Currently, we have a great opportunity available for a Regional Sales Director for our Coatings group which can be performed remotely, working from a home office.
