Confidence in our ability to meet Marketing and Regulatory Communications Compliance requirements is imperative to maintaining trust with our clients and safeguarding Schwab s reputation.The Senior Manager Marketing CWTP (Communications with the Public) will support the Marketing organization, supporting an efficient and consistent process to manage the review and approval of public communications. This role will be within the centralized communications with the public team in Marketing. This individual will work with others in the Marketing CWTP group, and other CWTP groups across the company to help ensure alignment and consistency in our communication review standards. This opportunity will require the candidate to possess a strong knowledge of Schwab products and services and the unique risks associated with them.

Education:
BS/BA degree or equivalent.Professional Licensing:
Series 7 and 24 required.7
years of relevant work experience.Demonstrated experience supporting CWTP reviews and S24 responsibilities.Experience with regulatory submission and review processes.Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory expectations, interpreting regulatory guidance, and assessing risk.Preferred

Ability to make sound, timely and risk-based decisions considering supervisory and regulatory expectations and business needs.Able to balance rules and regulations around CWTP against business growth and communication objectives.Work collaboratively with various groups with potentially disparate objectives.Outstanding written and verbal communication demonstrating ability to effectively communicate/clearly articulate risks and testing results to leadership and key stakeholders.Collaborative working style effectively establishing trust and respect.Highly organized with detail orientation.Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple assignments, prioritize projects & deliverables, meet tight deadlines and be effective and decisive under pressure.Exceptional client focus and a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships inside and outside the organization.Strong emotional intelligence/maturity.In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunitiesJob SummaryRequisition ID:
