Location An office-first employee is an employee within the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area whose default work location is a designated office and has office presence at least four days per week, specifically, Monday through Thursday.

Discover - travel the internet and our software to research communities and learn what makes them tick; Document - pull reports, create maps, and initiate and follow through with real estate managers and brokers in order to document deal details and milestones; Display - prepare visual (PowerPoint or the equivalent) presentations for real estate committee meetings on your findings and those of the real estate teams.
We are looking for someone who is inquisitive, detail-oriented, and creative, that enjoys consistency in what they do.
If you have an interest in learning about corporate real estate, this is a fantastic opportunity! As a Real Estate Specialist, you will support our Real Estate team with fast paced growth, by owning many of the behind-the-scenes tasks involved in securing new Scooter's Coffee locations! Scooter's Coffee currently has just over 750 open locations, with a goal of 1000 open locations by 2024.
Our Real Estate team is busy finding hundreds of new sites to reach this goal, and you can help! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Real Estate team in the preparation for real estate committee (REC) packages Work with Real Estate Manager, leaders, and brokers to gather all data needed for real estate committee (REC) packages, recap all REC calls, and update consistent reports Assist the Real Estate team in managing real estate activity by learning the Scooter's Coffee Real Estate process, gathering information site data, and conducting analysis Review GIS SaaS software to conduct territory mapping, traffic analysis, demographics, sales forecasting, etc.
Identify and resolve issues with relevant data (including financial, lease, traffic pattern and demographic data) on specific locations to share with Real Estate Managers Update the franchise real estate tracker (FRM) by entering REC accepted sites, site plans and signed lease follow-up Update territory maps and records using Placer AI and MapIT Support Real Estate team with other administrative functions as needed Act as liaison between the Real Estate department and other departments at Scooter's Coffee to recommend and make decisions on next steps Update active deal sheet and transition hand off process with Pre-Development team Contribute to special projects as assigned Participate in site tours with Real Estate Managers Liaison with other support staff Independently take preliminary action to ensure the upcoming pipeline of packages is set up for advancement Qualifications 1
years as a project coordinator experience Previous experience in a real estate environment preferred Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and Word Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, team environment Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail Excellent oral and written communications skills An eagerness to join a growing company and a desire to help build a national brand Identifies and resolves clearly defined problems and escalates more advanced problems Makes decisions within specific guidelines on matters of basic complexity and impact Exercises judgment within established procedures and/or protocols Disclaimer The functions and skills described here are general in nature and represent the type of work performed, but they do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job.
