Sower Commercial is seeking a Director of Acquisitions to join our growing organization. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and compensation package, flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high energy team environment.The Director of Acquisitions will be focused on the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of commercial real estate acquisitions on behalf of Sower Commercial, working in tandem with our strategic acquisition partners at Access Commercial. This leader will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing an acquisition strategy that includes identification of potential investment opportunities, negotiating purchases, overseeing and executing the underwriting and analysis needed, and overseeing the due diligence process.Sower Investment Partners & Sower Commercial was founded with the goal of bringing together alternative investments in a structured manner, harnessing the entrepreneurial spirit of skilled experts in a variety of investment verticals. Responsibilities:
o Executes the Sower Commercial investment strategy based on the various investment fund's investment objectives and market trends by coordinating investment opportunities with related or unrelated parties that drive origination and acquisition pipelineso Execution of the underwriting process and interaction with the origination team to gather all underwriting materials required by the fund to vet the opportunity thoroughlyo Creates Investment Committee materials supporting acquisition recommendations and any approval changes for substantive changes to existing investment planso Oversight of the due diligence process primarily executed by the origination team and third-party vendors to ensure the due diligence standards set by Sower are meto Creation and delivery of Asset Plans for formal approval and execution by the Investment Committee and Asset Management, respectivelyo Accountable for asset onboarding at the fund level and ongoing asset monitoring in collaboration with Managing Director to ensure ongoing proactive portfolio managemento Maintains up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulations related to commercial real estate investmentso Provide regular updates to fund general partners and the portfolio and asset management team on potential investment opportunities and due diligence progresso Track and report acquisition progress and timeline in collaboration with the managing directorEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in real estate investment, business, finance, or a related field or a combination of experience and educationo 5
years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, with a track record of successful transactionso Strong knowledge of real estate investment practices, regulations, and market trendso Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholderso Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess potential investments and manage the due diligence processo Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyo Ability to work effectively with the investment and asset management teams to ensure that all investments are aligned with the fund's investment strategy and objectiveso Must be willing to embrace technology to promote efficient operations and comfortable using software programs to process data and interpret results through critical thinking skills with strong business acuityo Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel programs as well as ability to learn and effectively operate computer and associated software programs - including but not limited to NetSuite, SharePointThis full-time position offers competitive benefits and compensation package including two group health insurance options:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
