69 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Responsibilities The Customer Service Operations Clerk will provide administrative, clerical and technical support for the Customer Service Business Unit.
Maintain office records, respond to contacts regarding customer service requests and provide other services as needed.

Provide administrative, clerical and technical support.
Process incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence for the Customer Service Business Unit.
Process billing and deposit money collected for line extensions, customer projects, house moves, job orders, etc.
Prepare and monitor customer letters including three-year refundable agreements, notification of equipment removal, etc.
Prepare and maintain street light, underground service agreements and related correspondence for the Customer Service Business Unit.
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, energy reviews, power point presentations for customers, spreadsheet development and internal/external letter and correspondence.
Scan and index files for records management.

Assist with external customer service related activities.
Assist in preparation of drawings and sketches for work orders, easements and permits using Microstation and attach to Asset Suite; print drawings and work order documents, to include in work order packets and deliver to appropriate personnel.
Assist with the proactive call program to include arranging calls directly with customers.
Track sales calls, leads and sales related products and services.
Use Ratemaster to compile historical data relative to customer energy use and to provide estimators of future costs.
Assist with the coordination and arrangement of customer and OPPD outages.
Handle large mailings for customer meetings, notifications and product information.
Provide customer account information from the Customer Information System (iCIS) and update records as needed.
Monitor and track maintenance/trouble calls that are associated with using the outage management system (OMS)/CAD and spreadsheets.
Enter field activities in iCIS for coordination appropriate personnel.
Manage customer project email inboxes and update project databases.
Create field files.

Responsible for the administration of OPPD products.
Provide communication with Central States Indemnity for OPPD's Payment Protection Plan.
Enter heat pump sales information in the heat pump tracking database.
Prepare heat pump rebates for residential, multi-family.
Create/edit vendor codes as necessary.
Administration of the heat pump verification process, including assigning units and bill paying of heat pump sub-contractors.
Complete enrollments, stops, cancellations, removals, refunds, credits, adjustments for customer products, billing and payment services as applicable.
Submit rebate information for residential and commercial rebate programs using Vision Demand Side Management (DSM).
Qualifications Required:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Three (3) years of experience in a customer service related position.
Above average clerical skills.
Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Desired:
Experience/Familiar with Asset Suite, Microstation, Byers, OMS/CAD, iCIS, Cognos, Vision DSM.
Experience/Familiar with Planned Outage Notification (PON) system.
