Files will be managed from the point of creation until their disposal, in compliance with the firm's document retention policies, using the firm's records management system.
RESPONSIBILITIES Retrieve documents and/or files as requested or needed Prepare, track, and coordinate destruction notices for legacy files Assist in record review/destruction follow-up activities Heavy usage of databases to enter information for active and closed files Assign closed dates according to document retention policy
