PMC is looking for an energetic and motivated individual that works independently and well with a team in a fun and fast paced environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and scheduling all appointments Creating a quality patient experience Process financial transactions and obtaining all appropriate paperwork from clients Answer general questions in regards to monthly specials and clinic services Preparing patients for their scheduled services Stocking and ordering of office inventory and supplies Support clinic manager and medical staff with clinic needs such as, treatment room upkeep, event support, clinic upkeep and maintaining a smooth clinic workday flow.
