As a Defiance Harley Davidson Fit - Specialist, you would be a member of one of the most highly trained sales teams in the industry and work in the most progressive Harley-Davidson dealership in Nebraska.
We are looking for individuals who possess a passion for the Harley-Davidson culture and can convey that passion to new and existing riders from all walks of life.
Having a high, positive spirit can take you far in this industry! Our team success is not measured by sales quotas or closing percentages, but on the incremental steps leading to the sale and long-term customer relationships.

The Fit Specialist sales position is full-time on a commission pay structure.

As the General Sales Manager, I promise I will provide in depth, professional, Harley-Davidson specific training that will not only build your confidence as a Fit Specialist, but help you be successful and knowledgeable.
