This office is one of the largest and fastest growing healthcare facilities in all of Omaha and we are in need of an exceptional person to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist member with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records - Transcribe and type medical office notes, documents, and correspondence - Assist with event planning and coordination - File and maintain documents in an organized manner - Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity - Serve as a general office clerk, performing administrative tasks as needed - Market the office in a public setting - Review doctors recommendations - Manage peoples' schedules This is a long-term career position (minimum 5 years); please do not apply if you are looking for a short-term position.
