Essential Functions/Competencies Building relationships with clients, collectors and other employees based on trust and reliability.
Learning the DOT regulations on drug collections and alcohol testing and applying that knowledge in interactions with clints and sub-contractors.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of client and company protocols as well as the Department of Transportation regulations.
Respond to any issues that arise with collectors or clients, and document the steps taken in the resolution.
Use computers to communicate testing details and scheduling information to collectors and clients.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productive machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, client protocols and tools appropriately.
Reviewing documentation for errors and accurately entering data into databases in an efficient manner.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
Answering or making calls to clients and subcontractors to gather or convey testing information.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Commitment to maintaining and developing the necessary interpersonal skills to meet the needs of MTS, our clients and business partners.
Must be able to perform multiple duties and transition quickly between them depending on the needs of the business.
Requires learn multiple programs and applications including Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
Must possess a strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately Physical Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.
Must be able to enter data into a computer 70% of the time.
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery Job Type:
