Position
Summary:
As our new Product Sales & Support Representative, you will work with a team of professionals responsible for implementing REI's ARMOR solution for various transportation customers.
This position is instrumental in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.
As a Product Sales & Support Representative you must be:

Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on the ARMOR software.
Including but not limited to:
Software functionality Data Entry System administration User security / User permissions.
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, conducting initial assessments of their needs and requirements.
Assisting with ongoing support to client's post-implementation, and addressing any questions, or concerns.
Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration, and other relevant changes and recommend options for new approaches in client work processes as appropriate.
Will play an active role in troubleshooting client issues, or work with the Support or Engineering departments to resolve.
Keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets, and monthly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity.
Assist QA/Engineering with product testing or modification testing as required.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in SaaS and cloud computing.
Generate and share reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction.
As a Product Sales & Support Representative, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
Software Sales, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering), or related work experience.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Implementation Specialist preferred.
Proven experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of principles and concepts in the discipline for which the knowledge transfer will be based is desired.
High level of security knowledge fundamentals is preferred Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity and ease with computer systems and Microsoft Office products and a good understanding of Windows services and user permissions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills for critical thinking in complex situations.
