Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Casual work attire On-the-job training Safe work environment As an Office and HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment and providing essential support to the Human Resources Manager This multifaceted position involves handling various administrative tasks, managing front office responsibilities, and assisting with HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Front Office:
Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Provide information and assist callers with inquiries when possible.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees entering the office.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure that office supplies are well-stocked and readily available.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and handling mail.
HR Duties:
Accurately input and maintain employee data in HR systems.
Update and manage employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
process HR-related invoices and ensure timely payments.
Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements for temporary staff.
Schedule and organize interviews for candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and other relevant parties.
Communicate with applicants to provide necessary information and directions.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience in office administration and HR coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Outlook and other Office 365 Tools Knowledgeable in HR Systems Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, proficiency in various HR software applications, and a strong understanding of administrative and HR functions.
