Your Profile:
1-2 years customer service experience.
Computer-savvy.
Quick learner, detail-oriented, positive attitude.
Skilled in multitasking, reliable, efficient.
Experience in dispatching is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, text messages, emails, and schedule appointments.
Assist field service technicians in running efficiently.
Lift/carry 15-30 LBS, manage administrative tasks.
Full-time:
Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM, 30-minute lunch plus 2 paid breaks.
Benefits:
$18/hr for 90 days, then $18.
50/hr
$500 sign-on bonus.
Raises after each Customer Support Training level.
Partly paid medical, dental, vision.
