- Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match- Generous benefits package, including vacation days, paid holidays, and sick leave- Opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Voluntary Benefits Enrollment Consultants- Act as the process owner for all Voluntary Benefits Enrollment functions- Develop and maintain relationships with Sales Representatives, Brokers, and employersWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Voluntary Benefits Enrollment Consultants- Oversee enrollment activities for new and existing customers- Develop and deliver case-specific enrollment materials- Plan, organize, and assign case set-up activities- Maintain metrics tracking and complete budget and expense reportingWhat is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of people management experience in Employee Benefits, Group, and/or Voluntary Enrollments- Working knowledge of voluntary and worksite product enrollment procedures- Experience working with sales teams, brokers, and/or enrollment firms- Strong understanding of insurance industry laws and corporate policies- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of MS Access and Excel- Ability to travel up to 25%- Remote work capability with high-speed internet access in the United States or Puerto RicoHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
