7K a year 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago Assistant Director Guest & Shuttle Services - Hilton Omaha An Assistant Director Guest & Shuttle Services is responsible for assisting in the management, administration, and supervision of all valet and self parking, courtesy van drivers, door & bell personnel, in order to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional & efficient service to all guests.
Also will assist in maintaining the front drive, garage and vans with a high level of organization & cleanliness, and will assure guest satisfaction through regular & consistent supervision of the front drive and vans to and from the airport.
What will I be doing? Assist team with driving of Shuttle/Vans for pick ups & drop offs of guests and airline crews at the airport Supervise all parking and courtesy van drivers, door and bell personnel monthly and annual action plans.
Action items include, but are not limited to, disciplinary incidents, payroll costs, and assist employees and follow up on guest concerns.
Read correspondence, advise and direct staff according to information obtained.
Ensure proper scheduling and training.
Monitor employee performance and encourage improvement.
Manage all day to day customer complaints or concerns, including, but not limited to damage, accidents, or service problems Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to the satisfaction of parties involved Ensure proper maintenance of vans, coordinate van service and repair Act as manager on duty for hotel, ensuring effective interdepartmental operations and resolution of guest complaints What are we looking for?
