We are seeking a conscientious technician whose duties would include the following:
Installing new hardware and complex products while ensuring that they work correctly and safely Educating the hardware users about the correct use and upkeep of their products Repairing broken-down or damaged equipment in the field Assessing hardware and installation functionality and preparing reports about maintenance and repair work that they have performed Handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner Explaining complex installation, diagnostic and repair issues in a way that's accessible to a nontechnical audience You should have an interest in a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing company of 17 years.
We are tight knit organization that values its employees With continued improvement and performance, we offer regular pay increases.
Dedicated technicians can expect to earn 50-60k yearly.
