Basically, an inbound customer service rockstar.
This position requires our representatives to utilize all of their resources to provide RPR users with a top-notch level of experience.
Job Duties Include:
Take Inbound Interactions ranging from calls, IM chats and emails Use CRM software to document all interactions Answer user inquiries in a timely manner Provide users with detailed tutorials regarding navigating the RPR website and mobile application Troubleshoot issues users may encounter Escalate tickets, when necessary, for further research and resolution Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products and services, and policies Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Any other job duties assigned per management team Skills and
Qualifications:
Call Center experience ideal, but not required Real estate knowledge helpful, but not required Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills Customer Service background Bilingual/Spanish is a plus Computer proficient Detail oriented Team player Communication skills Knowledge retention
