Position
Summary:
With more than 300
existing locations throughout 31 states and plans to expand throughout the nation, Milan is growing rapidly.
As part of this growth, we are looking for a Laser Technical Support professional to provide user support and customer service regarding our laser, Candela Gentlemax Pro to our clinic staff.
This individual will also troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action, setup and repair coordination.

Omaha, Nebraska Responsibilities Include:
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and other forms of communication with our clinic staff Collaborate with clinic staff and provide support and work through solutions for inquiries on issues with lasers Schedule and manage repairs with laser equipment Ability to collaborate with essential functional teams to provide appropriate solutions and quality assurance Managing and ordering laser inventory as needed Build strong relationships with clients reporting issues relating to our lasers Diagnose and resolve technical issues Research questions using available information resources Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and reported inquires from our clinic staff Inform management of recurring problems Stay up-to-date with new laser hair removal technologies and treatment protocols Requirements to be considered for this role are as follows:
High school diploma Technical background Working knowledge of fundamental operations of various machine equipment Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support Key Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
