ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assists CEO in daily grooming and hygiene needs Ability to understand and convey information/instructions provided by medical professionals Gathers external and internal communications Prioritizes paperwork and other documents as needed Generates letters and various communication pieces for CEO Assists CEO with general data entry Stamps documents with CEO's approval Goes on daily errands for CEO as needed Delivers communication to various departments Requirements:
Must be available Friday - Sunday of every week.
Must be willing to work in a hospital/rehabilitation environment General office experience required.
Some medical care background preferred.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Must have current driver's license and clean driving record.
Clear background check required.
Must have knowledge of general office equipment, including computer and various programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
